About
About the Founder
Meet Ethan Sullivan, the craftsman behind Ethan Sullivan Construction.

Our Story
Three generations of craftsmanship.
Ethan Sullivan is the founder of Ethan Sullivan Construction, a third-generation carpenter with over a decade of hands-on experience in high-end residential remodeling. His story began with a simple handyman job in Rockland County, New York, and a willingness to bet on himself. After selling personal belongings to buy tools and a truck, Ethan committed fully to building a career rooted in hard work, precision, and trust.
Before launching his own company in 2018, Ethan spent years learning the trade through home improvement work, his uncle's construction company, and side projects that slowly built a loyal client base. Today, his company specializes in luxury kitchen and bathroom remodeling, with Ethan personally involved in every detail of the work.

He is driven by his faith, his family, and a passion for seeing a client's vision come to life. Whether it is the satisfaction of a hard day's work or the homeowner's reaction at the final reveal, Ethan approaches every project with care, pride, and purpose.

“
You don't have to hit a home run every time — just stay consistent, do things the right way, and trust the process.
